JPA Scholarships have been suspended

What news can be more frustrating than this? i just hope that this isnt true. Plis lah. I really really need scholarships. How can the gov be so cruel T___T dapat ke tak dapat that comes second la kan at least dengan adanya scholarships ni,there is hope and target. Tak semua orang lahir dalam family yang kaya. Not just lower incomer needs this but even middle incomer pun perlukan this thing for their children!! its hurt for the parents. 

Haih..im in no place to argue about this thing bc idk much. But i just hope that this news isnt true. So sad and so frustrating.
